Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

Our experience was marred by several issues. The hotel room we were given was significantly smaller than advertised, and it lacked basic essentials such as additional bedding for the sofa bed and extra towels. We found food wrappers on the floor and noticed that the cleanliness was not up to par for the high price we paid. The parking situation was also concerning. the underground garage was tight, and we felt uneasy about the safety of our vehicle in the area.

Consider requesting extra towels upon arrival, as they can be needed frequently due to the shower door issue.

We had an awesome time with friends! The complimentary shuttle took us to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Breakfast was great, and having coffee available 24/7 was a lifesaver. Rooms were clean and comfy. For new guests, the location is a bit of a walk from some attractions but totally worth it!

I did have some trouble with being charged twice on my credit card after checking out, but the customer service was quick to resolve it.

staying at springhill suites was a delightful experience. the room was super quiet, which we loved. the location is perfect for walking to pike place market and the space needle. the breakfast offered a nice variety, and the staff were very attentive. overall, it felt well-maintained and clean.

We had a fun stay as the hotel was super close to downtown. Loved the breakfast spread! A bit frustrating we had to hail a cab instead of using the shuttle, and the beds were pretty hard.

However, I did feel that the hotel was situated in an area with a lot of homelessness, which made us a bit uneasy when walking around. Overall, a pleasant experience!

My stay at this hotel was fantastic as it was just a short 10-minute walk from the convention center and only 2 km from the beautiful seattle great wheel, offering me the chance to easily explore the city’s landmarks while enjoying scenic park views along the way. the room was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect base for my weekend adventures while the friendly staff were always ready to help with directions or recommendations, enhancing my experience even more.

The Springhill Suites Seattle Downtown, South Lake Union was beautifully decorated and very accessible. I particularly appreciated the spacious common areas and well-maintained elevators, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate comfortably.

I loved my spacious Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed! The layout was fantastic, featuring a cozy sitting area and a mini-fridge to store our snacks. Plus, the bathroom was clean and stocked with good toiletries. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options to fuel our day exploring Seattle.
